October Storm ends the Season30 November 2009
The warm conditions of September did not continue and although Lesley and boat partner Dave did visit Loch Wester in October for seatrout the conditions were to put it bluntly hideous with screaming gale and freezing rain. We did catch some very small seatrout (finnock) but they were quickly returned and we beat a hasty retreat after a wild mornings fishing. Not the best of endings but at least we tried!
